摘要
毕业实习是高校培养学生实践能力与创新精神的重要教学环节。该文介绍了基于探索创新创业能力培养的园艺专业毕业实习,包括实习前充分准备,实习形式多样化,考核科学合理等三个方面,使有效的资源理得以合理使用,不仅提高了人才培养质量,而且能更好地适应社会对人才的要求。
College graduation practice is an important teaching link to developing students＇ practical ability and inno-vative spirit. This paper introduces the graduation practice of horticultural based on the exploration of innovation andentrepreneurial ability,including the fully prepared before practice,diversity of practice forms,scientific and reason-able assessment and so on,which enables effective resources to be used reasonably. It can not only to improve thequality of personnel training,but also better to meet the requirements of the society for talents.
