摘要
以苯乙烯(St)和异戊二烯(IP)为改性剂,无水Al Cl3(三氯化铝)为催化剂,采用阳离子共聚法合成了HMA(热熔胶)增黏用间戊二烯(PD)树脂,并着重探讨了各组分掺量和共聚条件对PD树脂的蜡雾点、混合甲基环己烷苯胺点(MMAP)、双丙酮醇浊点(DACP)和熔融黏度等影响。研究结果表明:当w(PD)≥25%、w(St)=10.0%~15.0%、w(IP)=15%~25%(均相对于粗PD质量而言)、n(单烯烃)∶n(双烯烃)≥0.33∶1、投料温度为20℃、保温温度为55℃及反应时间为3 h时,PD树脂的综合性能相对最好,并且其与天然橡胶(NR)、SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)、SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)和PB(聚丁二烯)等弹性体的相容性相对最好。
With styrene(St) and isoprene(IP) as modifiers, anhydrous AlCl3(aluminium trichloride) as catalyst, the m-pentadiene (PD) resin for tackifying HMA (hot melt adhesive) was synthesized by cation copolymerization, and the influences of various component contents and copolymerization conditions on wax spray point, mixed methyl cyclohexane aniline point (MMAP) , diacetone alcohol cloud point (DACP) and melt viscosity of PD resin were emphatically discussed. The research results showed that the PD resin had the relatively best combination property, and the compatibility between the PD resin and some materials[such as nature rubber(NR), SIS(styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer), SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer), and PB (polybutadiene)] was relatively best when mass fractions of PD, St, and IP were above 25% , 10.0%- 15.0% , and 15%-25% respectively in crude PD, molar ratio of one-alkene to di-alkene was not less than 0.33: 1, feeding temperature was 20 ℃ , holding temperature was 55 ℃, and reaction time was 3 h.
