阻燃型大豆蛋白胶粘剂的制备与应用性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以大豆蛋白粉、生化复合改性剂为主要原料,制备了无醛胶粘剂;然后采用添加法制备了阻燃型大豆蛋白胶粘剂,并将其应用于无醛阻燃刨花板的制备。研究结果表明:添加磷-氮-硼阻燃剂(FR-B)时,所制备的阻燃无醛胶粘剂具有相对最好的综合性能,其不仅能显著提高刨花板的阻燃性能,而且对刨花板的力学性能影响较小;当w(FR-B)=7%(相对于刨花质量而言)时,刨花板的阻燃性能相对最好,并且其各项力学性能均满足GB/T 4897—2015标准中的指标要求。 With soy protein flour and biochemical compound modifier as main raw materials, an adhesive without formaldehyde was prepared. Then, an antiflaming soy protein adhesive was prepared by adding flame retardants, and the adhesive was used for preparing antiflaming chipboards without formaldehyde. The research results showed that the made antiflaming adhesive without formaldehyde had the relatively best combination property after introducing phosphorus-nitrogen-boron flame retardant (FR-B) into system because the adhesive could obviously improve antiflaming property of chipboard, and had the not obvious influence on mechanical properties of chipboard. The chipboard had the relatively best antiflaming property, and its all mechanical properties could meet the index requirements in GB/T 4897--2015 standard when mass fraction of FR-B was 7% in wood shavings.
