“一带一路”背景下普通院校俄语专业的人才培养模式刍议

Study on the talent training mode of the Russian majors in the ordinary universities under the background of The Belt and Road

随着"一带一路"战略设想的实施,社会对俄语复合型人才的需求越来越大,同时要求也越来越高。目前高校俄语专业毕业生普遍存在着外语基本功不扎实、人文素养不高、缺乏核心竞争力等问题,这无法完全满足时代和社会发展的需要。本文以沈阳师范大学为例,探讨了新形势下俄语专业人才培养面临的问题及解决方案。

With the implementation of The Belt and Road initiative,the demand for advanced Russian interdisciplinary talents is becoming more and more.But at present,most of the graduates majoring in Russian in colleges and universities are not very solid in their Russian basic skills,their humanistic qualities are not high,and they are lack of core competitiveness,etc.As a result,they can＇t fully meet the need of the present society development.Taking Shenyang Normal University as an example,this paper mainly discusses the problem and the solution about the talent training of the Russian majors under the new situation.
