摘要
本文阐述了高校专业班导师与辅导员协同育人的重要意义及现状,分析我国高校协同育人存在的问题及原因,并提出构建高校专业班导师与辅导员协同育人机制的策略。
Based on the study of the advanced theory and practices of the cooperation in teaching the blind students from foreign countries,this paper discusses the significance and the present situation of the cooperation in teaching the blind students in colleges in China.It analyzes its problems and reasons and puts forward relative strategies.
