退火处理对热浸镀锌镀层晶粒尺寸和织构的影响 被引量:1

摘要 镀层的晶粒尺寸和织构是影响热浸镀锌钢板的镀层性能的重要因素。主要探讨了镀层退火处理对镀层晶粒尺寸和织构的影响。通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜和EBSD分析手段对比研究了退火前后镀层的晶粒尺寸和织构,结果显示,通过镀层退火工艺可以得到均匀细小的镀层晶粒组织。同时,采用镀层退火处理可显著降低通常被认为对镀层冲压性能有害的锌孪晶现象,EBSD分析显示镀层的<0002>织构在镀层退火后显著增加,有利于提高镀层的冲压性能,减少冲压缺陷的产生。 Grain size and texture have great influence on hot-dip galvanized coating performance. This paper focused on how annealing affects coating grain size and texture. The grain size and texture are com- pared by OM,SEM and EBSD. The results shows that finer and more uniform grain can be achieved by an- nealing and meanwhile twinning can dramatically decrease. Furthermore, the 〈0002〉texture increased significantly after annealing which has a positive influence on coating formability and stamping defects im- provement.
