摘要
以职业院校课堂教学生态为研究对象,通过课堂生态的内涵及特征确定生态调查的三个维度—教师、学生和人文环境,进而对江苏省淮安技师学院商贸类专业课堂教学生态现状进行实证研究,发现课堂生态主体和生态环境失衡,课堂教学模式与学生学习自主性失衡,教师发展与职业院校教育理念失衡等非生态化现象,通过教师树立正确的教育理念,提升学生的专业认同感以及课堂推行小组化教学等策略来优化课堂生态,提高职业教育教学效果。
Taking classroom ecology of vocational colleges as the research object and determining the three dimensions-teachers, students and humanistic environment of ecological surveys by the content and features of classroom ecology, the paper studied ecology of commerce major classroom teaching of Huai'an Technician College empirically. Study noticed the imbalance between ecological subject and classroom envi- ronment, between teaching mode and learning autonomy of students, and between teacher development and the educational concept of vocational colleges and other non-ecological phenomenon. The author em- phasizes the necessity to establish a correct concept of education of teachers, enhance students ~ profession- al identity and carry out team teaching and other strategies to optimize the classroom ecology, so as to ira- prove vocational education teaching effect.
