Given the fact that innovation has been implemented in every walk of life, it might cause some confusion about the concept of ＂ academic innovation＂ Hence, to propose ＂ academic innovation＂ in a strict sense is of great significance. The ＂academic innovation＂ is different from the application of new methods or the generation of new ideas. It is the theory and method that is closer to nature course and is more advanta- geous than existing theories or technologies. To construct multi dimensions for evaluating ＂ academic innovation＂ will provide references for screening ＂innovative＂ science and technical paper in a more reasonable manner.
