“五输穴”别名命名规律浅析

Analysis about Rules of Five-shu Pointsaliases

目的:总结五输穴别名,研究其命名规律,分析流传中存在的问题。方法:通过分析历代针灸文献,搜集整理五输穴别名,借助文献对比与文字学校释,总结其命名规律。结果:共整理出五输穴别名77个,发现五输穴别名命名依据主要包括根据穴位位置命名、根据气血深浅多少命名、根据临床主治命名、根据穴位五行属性命名4个方面,在流传的过程中存在错写、误传、互用等问题。结论:"五输穴"别名的命名确有深意,了解别名有助于学习者对穴位的理解,拓展"五输穴"的临床应用。

Objective： To summarize five-shu points alias, study the naming rules, and analyze the problems existing in the circulating. Methods： We analyzed of past dynasties acupuncture literature, collected five-shu points alias, and summarized its naming rule, with the help of literature comparison and philology. Results： We sort out 77 five acupoints alias, find that five-shu points alias naming basis mainly include the aeupoint loca- tion, the depth and amount of the Qi and blood, the clinical attending, and the acupoint property of the five elements. Five-shu points alias in the process of spreading have problems such as wrong writing, misrepresentation, and interoperability. Conclusion： Five-shu points alias have a profound meaning. Understanding the five-shu points alias helps learners understanding acupuncture points, and expanding the clinical application of five-shu points.
