子宫内膜异位症中医用药规律的研究

Prescription Rules of Chinese Herbal Medicines in Treatment of Endometriosis

目的:收集近30年中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症的文献,归纳总结内异症中医临床用药规律,以更好地指导临床治疗用药。方法:通过收集1986年1月至2015年6月生物医学期刊发表的有关子宫内膜异位症的中医临床研究文献153篇,采用excel软件统计,总结并分析中医用药规律。结果:使用频率较高的药物依次为莪术、当归、赤芍;使用频率较高的药物类别是活血化瘀药、补虚药、清热药。结论:内异症的主要病机为虚、瘀、毒。治疗内异症,以理血、补虚、清热为治则。临床治疗子宫内膜异位症使用频率高的药物为活血化瘀药。

Objective： To guide clinical and improved TCM efficacy of endometriosis, by collecting the literatures concern endometriosis of 30 years, and discussing and summing up the common rules in clinical traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： We collected 153 TCM clinical research literatures related to endometriosis that published in Chinese biomedical jourals from Jan 1986 to June 2015, with excel program for the statistics analysis of summing up the rules of traditional Chinese medicine. Results： Drugs of high frequency use are E＇zhu （Rhizoma zedoariae）, Danggui （angelica）, Chishao （radix paeoniae rubra）; the high use frequency of drugs category are Medicine for activating blood Circulation, replenishing deficiency, heat-clearing medicine. Conclusion： The main pathogenesis of endometriosis is deficiency, blood stasis and toxin, with regulating blood, replenishing deficiency, clearing heat as the therapeutic treatment of endometriosis. The highest use frequency is activating blood circulation in clinical treatment of endometriosis.
