基于数据挖掘的冠心病心绞痛方剂组方规律分析

Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Angina Pectoris by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System

目的:基于中医传承辅助系统分析治疗冠心病心绞痛中成药方剂的组方规律。方法:筛选《新编国家中成药》中治疗冠心病心绞痛的中成药方剂,将方剂信息录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),采用软件集成的数据改进互信息法,复杂系统熵聚法、无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析治疗冠心病心绞痛中成药方剂的组方规律。结果:对筛选的112首治疗冠心病心绞痛的中成药处方进行分析,得到治疗心绞痛中成药处方中药物的应用频次、药物之间的关联规则,演化得到核心组合4个,新处方2个。结论:《新编国家中成药》中治疗冠心病心绞痛的中成药方剂之间具有一定的规律,可以为新药的开发和临床应用提供参考依据。

Objective： To analyze the composition principles of the prescriptions for angina pectoris by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system （TCMISS）. Methods： The prescriptions for angina pectoris in dictionary of New national medical were collected and recorded into the TCMISS （V2.5） to build the database. The composition principles of prescriptions were analyzed by revised mutual information, complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering methods in the TCMISS. Results：The frequency of each herb included in the database was computed; The 4 core combinations and 2 new prescriptions were mined from the database base on the 112 prescriptions for angina pectoris. Conclusion： The composition principles of the pre- scriptions treated angina pectoris were clarified by the TCMISS,which provided the reference for the clinical application and new drug research in the Angina pectoris treatment.
