Analysis on TCM Constitution Type of 1,000 Residents at Shunde District in Foshan

目的:调查分析顺德区1,000例人群9种中医体质类型分布频数及中医体质类型与性别、年龄的关系。方法:采用《中医体质分类与判定表》结合中医四诊合参对1,000例体检人群的中医体质类型进行调查,并输入数字化软件进行分析。结果:平和质367例(36.70%),偏颇体质633例(63.30%),单一偏颇体质251例(25.10%),兼夹偏颇体质382例(38.20%);气虚质349例(34.90%)、阳虚质315例(31.50%)及湿热质276例(27.60%)是3种主要的偏颇体质,而气虚质所占比例最大,其余依次为痰湿质248例(24.80%),阴虚质192例(19.20%),血瘀质103例(10.30%),气郁质97例(9.70%),特禀质34例(3.40%);中医体质类型与体检人群的性别、年龄存在一定关系。结论:根据中医体质类型的分布特点及影响因素,可为顺德地区以后开展亚健康状态中医药干预的临床研究提供调查依据。

Objective： To investigate 9 TCM constitution type of 1,000 residents at Shunde district in Foshan city, then explore the correlation between TCM constitution type and sex and age. Methods： The 1,000 cases of physical examination were surveyed by TCM constitution table combined with four diagnostic in TCM, to digital software for analysis. Result： The normal constitution were 367 cases （36.70%）; the biased constitution were 633 cases （63.30%）; the single biased constitution were 251 cases （25.10%）; the phlegm biased constitution were 382 cases （38.20%）; Qi deficiency type in 349 cases （34.90%）, Yang deficiency type in 315 cases （31.50%） and damp-heat type in 276 cases （27.60%） were three main types of biased constitution, and the largest proportion was Qi deficiency type; the rest were phlegm-wetness type in 248 cases （24.80%）, Yin deficiency type in 192 cases （19.20%）, blood stasis type in 103 cases （10.30%）, Qi Yu type in 97 cases （9. 70%） and special type in 34 cases （3.40%）; there was a certain relationship between TCM constitution type and sexist and age of physical examination. Conclusion： The research provides investigation basis for the clinical study of intervention of TCM with sub health state at Shunde district according to the characteristics and influencing factors of TCM constitution type.
