Socio-Translation Studies in China,2006—2016:Reviews and Reflections

本文在从本体论、认识论、方法论三个层面思考中国社会翻译学探索历程的基础上,对过去十年间中国学者的社会翻译学研究状况进行回顾和总结,然后以库恩历史主义科学哲学基本原理为参照,对目前存在的问题予以分析和剖释,进而依据科学发展的内在逻辑,从培育学术共同体和构建学科研究范式两个角度对社会翻译学的未来提出前瞻性的设想。

Socio-translation studies has come a long way in China in the past ten years from 2006 to 2016 in its ontological,epistemological and methodological exploration into the social nature of translation activities,in spite of its theoretical and practical deficiencies.Based on a critical review of the Chinese socio-translation studies in the past ten years,the present paper discusses the current problems existing in both China and the West in the field,and argues that socio-translation studies should build its own scientific community and paradigm so as to follow 'the route to normal science',as suggested by Thomas Kuhn,and to make a breakthrough in its future development.
