苯磺酸氨氯地平和缬沙坦预防老年患者清晨高血压风险对比研究

The Comparison of amlodipine and Valsartan in the prevention of early morning hypertension of elderly patients

目的:评价苯磺酸氨氯地平和缬沙坦预防老年患者清晨血压过高的风险。方法:选出老年清晨高血压患者40例,分为两组各20例,其中一组服用苯磺酸氨氯地平,另外一组服用缬沙坦,治疗4周后比较两组清晨收缩压(SBP)、清晨舒张压(DBP)及达标率。结果:治疗后对照组和观察组SBP、DBP都显著降低(P<0.01),与对照组相比,观察组治疗后的SBP和DBP降压大幅度增加,两者差异有统计学意义(t=6.054,P<0.01;t=9.400,P<0.01)。根据高血压治疗标准,对照组达标13例,达标率65%;观察组达标18例,达标率90%,两者差异无统计学意义(X2=3.584,P>0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平和缬沙坦均能控制血压过高,在清晨高血压的控制方面,缬沙坦优于苯磺酸氨氯地平,但治疗达标率无显著差异。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of amlodipine and valsartan on early morning hypertension in elderly patients. Methods：from patients in a community of primary hypertension patients selected 40 cases of elderly patients with morning hypertension. The selected patients were divided into two groups,which take amlodipine besylate in 20 patients as the observation group and valsartan 20 cases of patients as control group were observed 4 weeks in morning blood pressure（family of blood pressure self-test）,compared with two groups of patients with morning blood pressure control. Results：before and after the two drug treatment control group and observation group,SBP,DBP significantly decreased（P〈0.01）,and compared with the control group,were observed in the treated group after the SBP and DBP pressure increased by a big margin,the difference has statistical significance（t =6.054,P〈0.01; t =9.400,P〈0.01）.According to the standard of hypertension treatment,the control group of 13 cases,the number of cases is not up to 7 cases,the standard rate of 65%; the observation group of 18 cases,the number of cases is not up to 2 cases,the standard rate of 90%. The two group success rate compared to the difference was not statistically significant（X2=3.584,P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Amlodipine and valsartan can control blood pressure is too high,in the early morning hypertension control,valsartan is better than amlodipine amlodipine,but no significant difference in treatment compliance rate.
