摘要
目的分析、研究血液病患者肺部真菌感染影像学表现,提高诊断水平。方法选36例经纤维支气管镜镜检并病理证实为真菌的血液病患者,均行MSCT扫描并切薄,切薄层厚1 mm、层间距0.8 mm,并分析不同类别真菌(酵母样菌、酵母菌、霉菌等)肺部病灶MSCT上的部位、形态、分布、边缘等特异及共有特征。结果多发病灶34例,单发病灶2例。MSCT上表现有斑片、结节、实变、小树芽、空洞、磨玻璃密度等,不同类别真菌肺部感染在MSCT表现中共有特征为:多病灶、多形态改变,晕征、实变及空洞多见,并各自具有特异性。结论肺部真菌感染MSCT表现为多样性,通过分析并研究不同类别真菌肺部感染MSCT的共有及特异表现,有助于提高侵袭性肺部真菌感染的诊断水平。
Objective: To analysis and research the imaging features of invasive pulmonary fungal infection with hemotalagic diseases and to improve its radiological diagnosis. Methods: Choose 36 cases of microscopy via fiberoptic bronchoscopy and confirmed by pathology in patients with fungal diseases of the blood,all lines of HRCT scans and thin,thickness1 mm,Layer spacing0. 8 mm,and analyzes different categories fungal yeast( bacteria,yeast and mould,etc.) of pulmonary lesions on MSCT location,shape,distribution,edge and other specific and common characteristics,different categories fungus pulmonary infection in MSCT performance of the communist party of China has characteristics as follows: the lesions and morphological changes,halo sign,consolidation and empty,and each is unique. Result: multiple lesions 34 cases,single lesion 2 case. MSCT above existing patch,nodules,consolidation,young trees bud,hollow,ground glass density,etc.,Conclusion: Pulmonary fungal infection MSCT characterized by diversity,through the analysis and study different categories fungal lung infection of MSCT and specific performance,help to improve the diagnosis of invasive pulmonary fungal infection.
