本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术减少缺血性脑卒中患者跌倒事件的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术对减少缺血性脑卒中患者跌倒事件的效果。方法选取符合入选标准的120例缺血性脑卒中患者,随机将其分为对照组60例,感觉神经肌肉促进技术治疗组60例。其中对照组患者只进行药物、心理康复、运动康复等常规康复治疗,治疗组在实施常规康复治疗的同时,进行每日2次,每次45 min的体感觉神经肌肉促进技术治疗,持续治疗3个月。治疗前1天和治疗3个月后用Berg平衡评价量表(BBS)和Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评价患者下肢平衡和运动功能;重心平衡测定仪评价患者静态平衡功能;跌倒风险评估量表(FRAQ)评价跌倒风险。结果治疗前组间、对照组和本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术治疗组FMA、BBS评分、静态平衡功能和FRAQ跌倒风险无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,FMA、BBS评分、静态平衡功能和FRAQ跌倒风险评估较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组相比,本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术治疗组康复效果更显著,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗中应用本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术可提高缺血性脑卒中患者下肢平衡能力,减少患者跌倒事件的发生。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation( PNF) on the tumble of patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: We selected 120 cases of patients with ischemic stroke who conform to the criteria of being selected,and then divide into a PNF treatment group of 60 cases and a reference group of the other 60 cases. While carrying on conventional recovery treatments such as drugs,psychological rehabilitation and exercise rehabilitation,therapy treatment group also take PNF therapy,which is conducted twice a day( 45 minutes each time) and lasts for 3 months. The day before treatment and the day after 3 months treatment,Berg balanced scale( BBS) table and Fugl-Meyer scale( FMA)table were used to verify the lower limb balance; Center of gravity balance tester for determination of static balance function; Fall risk assessment questionnaire( FRAQ) was used to assay fall risk. Results: No statistical differences exist between two groups' various evaluation indexes before being treated. After 3 months treatment,FMA,BBS,static balance and FRAQ were improved. Compared with reference group,the PNF therapy group achieves more remarkable improvement on the functions,which is statistically different. Conclusion: The PNF therapy can effectively improve lower limb balance and reduced the tumble of patients.
