胃窦癌双对比造影与螺旋CT检查的对照研究

Correlation study between the double contrast control l and spiral CT examination In Distal gastric cancer

目的提高检查方法对诊断胃窦癌重要性的认识。方法回顾性地分析经手术、病理证实胃窦癌50例,全部病例均有X线双对比造影与CT检查。结果 50例胃窦癌主要X线表现为胃窦部不规则狭窄,窦部形态失常,胃窦部胃壁僵硬、蠕动消失,局部粘膜破坏、中断。主要CT表现为胃窦部胃壁增厚、软组织肿块及周围组织器官累及淋巴结转移情况。结论 X线双对比造影检查在胃窦癌方面有较大的优点,它能准确清晰地显示病变的发生部位,病变的大体轮廓及动态情况等。CT检查对观察胃窦癌胃壁的增厚程度、软组织肿块的情况及对周围组织器官的累及情况有非常大的优势,而且对胃窦癌的分期、手术方案及术后评估等方面有很重要意义。因此合理地应用X线与CT检查有助于全面观察胃窦癌的影像表现。

Objective： This article is to raise awareness about the importance of inspection method for diagnosis of distal gastric carcinoma. Methods： Clinical data of 50 cases of distal gastric carcinoma has been analysed retrospectively,which all cases were confirmed by operation and pathology and were also supproted by X-ray double contrast radiography and CT examination. Results： The X-ray performance of distal gastric carcinoma has been characterized as distal irregular steno sis,sinus form disorder,the distal stomach wall stiffness,creep disappears,local mucosa damage and the interrupt. The CT changes of distal gastric have also been characterized by manifestations of the distal stomach wall thickening,the soft tissue mass and the surrounding tissues and organs involvement of lymph node metastasis. Conclusion： X-ray double contrast examination has a distinct advantages in diagnosis of distal gastric carcinoma,which can clearly show the lesion location accurately,the outline lesions and dynamic situation,etc. CT examination has great advantage to observe the degree of gastric ant rum carcinoma of stomach wall thickening,soft tissue mass and the surrounding tissue organ involvement condition,which also has the significance of distal gastric cancer staging,surgical methods and postoperative evaluation. So reasonable utilization of X-ray and CT examination is helpful to the comprehensive understanding of gastric ant rum cancer.
