摘要 原料配料站作为水泥熟料生产线中的辅助车间,容易被设计人员忽视,经常出现库底冒灰大和库底下料不畅等问题。本厂工艺设计时,库底单设收尘系统,不再与库顶收尘共用,辅料计量秤采用链板秤代替皮带秤;调试生产中,通过修改原料配料站仓底至计量秤之间的溜子,仓壁增设由中控自动控制的机械振动器等一系列措施,使得整个原料粉磨系统运转率得到极大的提高,为整条生产线能够顺利的通过考核验收奠定了坚实的基础。 As the auxiliary part of cement plant,the raw materials proportioning station is easily overlooked by designers.As a result,it is common that too much ash is coming out from the bottom of silos or material discharge at the bottom is not quite smooth.To solve these problems, a separate dust collection system was designed at the bottom of the station in this plant,which is independent from the dust collection system at the top of the station,and corrective materials are measured by weigh chain-plate feeder instead of weigh belt feeder;During commissioning,the chute from the bottom of station to the weigh feeder has been modified and a mechanic vibrator automatically controlled from CCR has been installed on the silo wall.These adjustments together with other measures have significantly increased the operation rate of the whole raw material grinding system,which has laid a solid foundation for a smooth and successful performance test of the whole production line.
