摘要
本文采用甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯基醚(HPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)及蔗糖为原料,在引发剂作用下,以较低温度(40~45℃)合成一种低成本缓凝型聚羧酸减水剂。研究发现,蔗糖取代10%的聚醚参与反应时所得到的减水剂性能最好。并对该合成样品进行了多种检测实验和FT-IR、GPC等结构表征。该合成样品具有成本低、减水率高、保坍性及缓凝效果好等优点。
A new kind of inexpensive polycarboxylate superplasticizer with retarding effect was synthesized by reaction of methyl allylpolyethenoxy(HPEG),acrylic acid with sucrose in the presence of initiator at low temperature(40~45 centigrade).The results showed that the performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer produced by the reaction was best when 10% of methyl allylpolyethenoxy(HPEG) was replaced by sucrose.The synthesized samples were used to carry out test experiments and the structural characterization of FT-IR, GPC etc.Also, it has low cost, high water-reducing capability,fine slump-retaining ability and retarding effect.
