预应力钢筋混凝土空心板桥火灾健康评估与加固

摘要 某预应力钢筋混凝土空心板桥发生火灾,为恢复该桥的使用功能,对在火灾中受到影响的钢筋混凝土空心板、桥台、支座和桥墩进行了桥梁等级的评定,并通过桥梁静载试验和动载试验,对受火跨桥梁的承载能力和动力性能进行了鉴定。以鉴定评定等级为依据,利用对原过火面积剔凿损伤层后采用高强聚合物砂浆修复、粘碳纤维布加固的加固方法对损伤构件进行了补强处理,满足了设计要求。 A prestressed reinforced concrete hollow slab caught fire, In order to restore the function of the bridge,the reinforced concrete hollow slab,abutment,pier and bearing affected by the fire were assessed through the bridge level.The bearing capacity and the dynamic performance of the bridge under fire were identified through the bridge static load test and dynamic load test.Based on the appraisal ratings,repaired with the high strength polymer mortar after the damage layer of the original burning area was chiseled,then sticked steel reinforcement,and sticked carbon fiber cloth reinforce reinforcing method for reinforcement treatment for the injury structural members,and Design requirements are met.
