建筑工程项目施工安全风险管理研究

本文通过了解国内外风险管理理论与实践现状,在分析国内风险管理理论研究的基础上,以建筑工程项目施工安全风险管理为研究对象,尝试建立建筑施工安全风险管理体系,并从建筑施工安全风险的识别、监控重点、风险控制以及安全监管计算机系统的应用四个方面介绍了建筑施工安全风险管理体系的具体应用,将风险管理理念引入现行的建筑施工安全风险管理工作当中。希望能引起建筑施工企业对安全风险管理的重视,提高建筑工程施工安全风险的管理意识,运用科学的管理办法加强对建筑工程施工安全风险的管理,降低安全事故发生频率,达到减少财产损失和人员伤亡的目的。

This article through understanding the risk management theory and practice both at home and abroad,on the basis of analyzing the domestic research on risk management theory,the construction project construction safety risk management as the research object,try to establish the construction safety risk management system,and from the building construction safety risk identification, monitoring point,risk control,and the application of safety supervising computer system four aspects,this paper introduces the construction safety risk management system of the practical application, introduce the concept of risk management of current building construction safety risk management work.Hope that construction enterprises can cause to the attention of the security risk management,construction project construction safety risk management awareness,with scientific management methods to strengthen the management of construction project construction safety risk,reduce the safety accident frequency,achieve the purpose of reduce property loss and casualties.
