进度控制是测绘项目监理工作的核心内容之一,只有应用好动态控制的思想,采取科学的控制方法和手段,对影响进度计划的不利因素全面分析控制,才能实现总工期目标。本文简要介绍了进度控制的目标和主要任务,对采用横道图和网络计划技术进行动态控制的方法和优劣性进行了分析比较。在对影响进度控制的因素全面分析的基础上阐述了动态控制的技术方法 ,并且提出了具体纠偏方法和措施。

Schedule control is one of the core content of surveying and mapping project supervision work, the thought of good application of dynamic control, adopt scientific methods and means of control, the disadvantageous factors of affecting the schedule control, comprehensive analysis to achieve the total time limit for a project. This paper briefly introduces the progress of control objectives and major tasks of the crossing graph and the network planning technique is adopted to improve the dynamic control method and analyses and compares the relative merits. In the influential factors of the schedule control on the basis of comprehensive analysis expounds the technology of dynamic control method, and the specific rectification method and measures are put forward.
