地铁与国铁过轨运输组织问题研究

On Across-rail Transport Between Underground and Intercity Railways

本文详细阐述了过轨运输的概念,分析了过轨与共线的异同以及过轨组织的吸引力与实施难点。通过东京都市圈城市轨道交通与国铁过轨运营的实例,分析了过轨对设施进行技术改造的要求、过轨列车组织方案以及过轨运营导致的财务效果。在此基础上,探讨了我国地铁与国铁过轨运输的必要性与组织列车过轨的要点,最后给出了现阶段如何开展过轨研究的建议。

This paper proposed a detailed definition of across-rail transport, compared the difference of across-rail transport and shared-track transport and analyzed the advantages and difficulties in the implementation. Based on the real case of the across-rail transport between underground and intercity railways in Tokyo metropolitan area, the technology reform of infrastructures, operation scheme and finance status of across-rail transport were introduced. Then, the key points of necessity and feasibility were discussed. Lastly, the advice on the implementation of acrossrail transport at the present in China was proposed.
