摘要
列车运行图动态性能的优劣,影响着高速铁路的运营质量,一般通过静态性能和动态性能两个方面对其进行评价。运行图的静态性能是以运行图为基础,静态评价指标是通过直接查定列车运行图得到的,仅凭借静态性能不能真实的反映运行图的优劣。运行图的动态性能是指列车运行图在实施过程中承受各种随机因素扰动的能力,可以从列车运行线和列车运行图两个层次来反映,论文重点从晚点概率、晚点时间、连带晚点概率、晚点传播影响区长度四个方面,构建了高速铁路运行图动态性能的评价指标层次结构,并详细描述了指标的计算方法。采用层次分析法的思路,计算了运行线和运行图动态评价指标的重要度。利用指标的重要度,可以确定运行图中的关键列车运行线,以及评价运行图的动态性能。
The dynamic performance of the train diagram affects the operation quality of the high-speed railway. the train diagram is usually evaluated by static performance and dynamic performance. The static performance of the train diagram is based on itself, and the static evaluation index is obtained by the direct examination of the train diagram, which cannot be truly reflected by the static performance. The dynamic performance of the running diagram is the ability of the train to bear all kinds of random factors during the implementation process. The dynamic performance of the train diagram reflects from two levels which are the train line and train working diagram, paper construct evaluation index hierarchy of dynamic performance of the high-speed railway train diagram and detail description of the method of calculation of the index from four aspects: delay probability, delay time, joint and several late probability, the length of delay spread influence area. By using analytic hierarchy process, the importance of the dynamic evaluation indexes of the running line and the train diagram is calculated. By using the important degree of the index, it can be used to determine the critical train running line, and to evaluate the dynamic performance of the train diagram.
