摘要
针对三聚氟氰的氟化钠-环丁砜合成工艺加以改进,使用溶剂A代替环丁砜降低反应温度,降低能耗的同时消除了工业导热油系统的安全隐患;工艺中的脱水、氟化、回收耙机等三个关键设备各增加一段直联精馏塔,减少了废盐中有机物残余;增加双联尾气洗涤塔,回收有机物的同时消除了危害物废气的排放;最终的废盐通过脱氟、脱钙等处理得到合格回收盐,大大减少了固废排放。整个操作工艺稳定可控,实现了高危化学品三聚氟氰的绿色合成。
Sodium fluoride-Sulfolane process for synthesis of cyanuric fluoride was improved. Sulfolane was replaced by Solvent A to lower reaction temperature, at the same time, energy consumption was reduced and security risk of heat transfer oil system was removed. The organic residue in the salt waste was reduced by introducing direct-fractionating column to every key-equipment of dehydration, fluorination and recycling rake. The hazard exhaust emission was eliminated during recovering organic compounds by introducing double exhaust gas scrubber. The qualified recycling salt was recovered from salt waste by defluorination, decalcification and other treatment, solid waste was greatly reduced. The process was stable and controllable; it was an eco-friendly synthesis for high-risk chemical cyanuric fluoride.
