摘要
利用一锅合成法制备2-氨基-3-羟基吡啶,通过实验确立其最佳工艺条件。以糠酸甲酯为原料,以氯化铵为除水试剂,以六甲基磷酰三胺为溶剂,与氨气在2 L的高压釜中反应制得2-氨基-3-羟基吡啶。该合成方法步骤简单,原料成本低廉,产率最高可达到65%,经济效益高。最佳工艺条件:氨气/糠酸甲酯(摩尔比)=10~30,反应温度在200~230℃,反应时间在10~14 h。
2-Amino-3-hydroxypyridine was synthesized by one-pot reaction, and an optimum process was established by experiments. It was synthesized from methyl 2-furoate and ammonia with water reducing agent ammonium chloride in solvent hexamethylphosphoric triamide in 2L autoclave. The process was simple with low cost and high economic benefit, and the yield was 65%. The Optimum process: M ammonia : M methyl 2-furoate = 10- 30, reaction temperature 200- 230℃, reaction time 10-14 h.
