成功妊娠伴低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤的病理分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文对1例成功妊娠伴有子宫内膜间质肉瘤的临床病理资料进行光镜观察及免疫组化分析,肿瘤位于子宫左侧宫角部,切面灰白暗红色,略呈编织状;组织学见肿瘤细胞丰富,呈编织状、索状排列,细胞梭形,细胞核圆形或卵圆形,部分细胞轻—中度异型,伴坏死、淋巴细胞、泡沫细胞、多核巨细胞浸润;肿瘤内分布螺旋状小动脉,常见瘤细胞围绕其周围呈漩涡状分布。核分裂4~10个/10HPF,局部见浸润性边界;免疫组化显示肿瘤细胞表达 CD10、CD99,Ki-67增殖指数为20%。成功妊娠伴有子宫内膜间质肉瘤少见,免疫组织化学标记检查有助于鉴别诊断。
