摘要
动脉粥样硬化好发于动脉分叉外侧壁和弯曲内侧壁,与流体力学密切相关,其中剪切力对动脉粥样硬化斑块的定位起决定性作用。血管内皮是血流和血管壁之间的重要介质,在剪切力作用下将机械刺激转化成细胞内信号,以影响细胞功能和基因表达。本文就剪切力作用下内皮细胞功能改变及分子生物学机制的研究进展作一综述。
Atherosclerosis initiates at predictable focal sites near arterial branches and curves, being closely correlated with hydrodynamics. The shear stress plays a fundamental role in the regional localization of atherosclerotic plaque. Being the interface between the flowing blood and the vessel wall, endothelial cells are subjected to the shear stress and able to convert mechanical stimuli into intracellular signals that affects cellular functions and gene expression. This paper reviews the research progress of molecular mechanism of endothelial cells function exposed to shear stress.
