成人嗓音相关生活质量评估(V-RQOL)的地域、职业、年龄差异研究 被引量:1

The Differences of the Voice-Related Quality of Life(V-RQOL)Measured by Chinese Healthy Adults in Region,Profession and Age

摘要 目的探讨不同地域、职业和年龄的健康成人嗓音相关生活质量评估得分(V—RQOL)之间是否存在差异,以期为临床应用提供常规基础参考。方法以V—RQOL量表为问卷测试266名上海和太原两地不同职业、年龄健康成人的嗓音质量状况。将被试的得分进行2*2*2三因素完全随机实验设计,分析被试在地域、职业、年龄方面的差异。结果①被试的嗓音质量得分上海显著高于太原(P=O.000),非职业用嗓人的嗓音质量得分显著高于职业用嗓人(P=0.036),中年人的嗓音质量得分显著高于青年人(P=0.001)。②上海地区中年人的得分显著高于青年人(P=0.000),太原地区两年龄段被试无显著性差异(P=0.934);职业用嗓人的青年人平均得分显著低于中年人(P=0.000),而普通用嗓人的两个年龄段之间无显著性差异(P=0.474)。结论成人利用V—RQOL量表进行嗓音相关生活质量评估的结果存在地域、职业、年龄差异。 Objectivo The purpose of this study was to explore whether there are region, occupation and age differences in the subjective assessment of voice quality in healthy adults. Methods Through V-RQOL, we collected the self-evaluation of voice quality of 266 healthy adults who have different occupations and ages in Shanghai and Taiyuan. Results The mean voice quality score of subjects in Shanghai is higher than that of in Taiynan significantly, the mean voice quality score of ordinary workers is higher than that of professional significantly, the mean voice quality score of subjects in middle age is higher than that of young subjects significantly. The mean voice quality score of the middle-aged is higher than that of young subjects significantly in shanghai, The mean voice quality score of the middle-aged is no different with young subjects in Taiyuan; the mean voice quality score of the young professional voice users is lower than that of the middle-aged significantly, the mean score of the young professional voice users is no different with the middle-aged in ordinary workers. Conclusion The clinical significance of this study shows that it is necessary to establish the standards for V-RQOL in different regions, ages and occupation types.
