高压氧辅助治疗糖尿病合并突发性耳聋患者的疗效观察

The Effects of Supplementary Therapy of Hyperbaric Oxygen for Sudden Deafness with Glucocorticoid Ineffective Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨高压氧辅助治疗糖尿病合并突发性耳聋且糖皮质激素治疗无效患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析63例糖尿病合并突发性耳聋患者的临床资料，患者经常规药物加糖皮质激素治疗无效后高压氧辅助治疗，对其临床效果以及影响因素进行探讨。结果高压氧辅助治疗总有效率为55．22％。低频下降型总有效率（90．91％）最高；全聋型总有效率（16．67％）最低，组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。突聋病程11～17d患者治疗总有效率为77．50％，18～24d患者总有效率为30．00％，24～31d患者总有效率为0．00％，3组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论高压氧辅助治疗糖皮质激素无效糖尿病合并突发性耳聋有效改善疗效，临床疗效与突聋分型及突聋病程有关。

Objective To explore therapeutic effects of supplementary therapy of hyperbaric oxygen for sudden deafness with glucocorticoid ineffective diabetes mellitus.Mothods 63 cases of sudden deafness with diabetes accepted in our hospital from Jan.2013 to Jan.2016 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients who were glucocorticoid ineffective diabetes mellitus were given hyperbaric oxygen. The therapeutic effects and influencing factors were studied. Results The total efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen was 55.22% （37/67）. The low frequency decreasing type had the highest efficacy of 90.91%. The total deafness type had the lowest efficacy of 16.67%. There were statistically significances between these 2 groups （P〈0.05）. The total efficacy of patients with sudden deafness of 1-7d was 77.50%,that of 8-14d was 30.00%, and that of 14-21d was 0.00%. There were statistically differences between these groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion It was effective to use supplementary therapies of hyperbaric oxygen for sudden deafness with glucocorticoids ineffective diabetes mellitus. The effects had relationship with injury damage, sudden deafness type and the course of disease.
