医疗健康信息互联互通标准化成熟度测评分级管理建设

Shanghai Hierarchical Management Experience in the Evaluation of Maturity Levels in Health Information Interoperability Standardization

为进一步推进国家人口健康信息互联互通标准化成熟度测评工作,促进卫生信息标准化应用落地,实现健康信息跨机构、跨地域的互联互通共享,2014年国家卫生计生委统计信息中心在上海地区启动了互联互通测评分级管理试点工作。本文从分级管理背景、组织职能、主要任务、标准化流程建设等方面总结了上海分级管理模式的做法与经验。

In order to promote the standardization of health information interoperability evaluation, to facilitate the implementation and application of health information standards to achieve interoperability across regions to share health information, center for health statistics and information of national health and family planning commission launched interoperability maturity evaluation hierarchical management pilot in 2014. In this paper, the hierarchical management model of Shanghai is summarized from the aspects of the background, organization, the main tasks and the construction of the standardization process.
