The Process Designing Based on VMI of Sterilization and Supply in Surgical Instruments

医院手术器械的消毒供应流程涵盖手术器械回收、清洗、装配、灭菌、发放、接收到使用的手术器械全生命周期。高质量、高效率的消毒供应流程能够提高医院手术排台效率,优化医院手术室资源。本文通过对现有手术器械消毒供应流程的分析,解释现有流程存在的问题及原因,并针对现有问题提出解决方案,基于VMI思想,借助信息系统等手段对手术器械的消毒供应流程重新设计,实现手术器械供应JIT。

The process of sterilization and supply in hospital of surgical instruments covering the whole life cycle of surgical instruments in surgical instruments recycling, cleaning, packaging, sterilizing, sending, receiving and using. The sterile supply process can improve the efficiency of hospital operating rooms with resources optimizing which is high quality and efficiency. Based on the current sterile supply process of surgical instruments, this paper tries to analyze the problem that exist in processes, explain the reasons and propose solutions to current problems. Based on the ideological of VMI, sterile supply center redesigned the surgical instruments processes with the aid of Information systems and other tools to realize the supply of surgical instruments JIT.
