缺乏资料小流域山洪影响评价方法探讨

摘要 以安徽省黄山市徽州区漕溪河碣石村山洪调查成果为依据,对山洪灾害外业调查成果的可靠性、合理性进行了检查,对流域暴雨洪水特性、洪水影响程度、河道防洪现状等进行了分析评价,计算了不同前期影响雨量条件下的临界雨量,分析了临界雨量成果的合理性。根据评价流域暴雨洪水特点及山洪灾害非工程措施的实际情况,建议采用特征时段雨量预警,并在流域内增设自动测报雨量站。 Base on the survey results of flash floods for a small watershed in Huangshan City of Anhui Province, this paper inspected the reliability and rationality of the survey results of flash floods disaster in the field. The characteristics of rainstorm-flood in river basin, the degree of flood impact and the current ability of flood control were analyzed and evaluated. The rainfall thresholds were calculated in different antecedent precipitation index. This study also analyzed the rationality of rainfall thresholds. According to the characteristics of rainstorm-flood in river basin and the non-structural measures of flash floods disaster, adopting characteristic time-interval rainfall for early warning and setting up additional automatic measuring rainfall stations in river basin are recommend.
