广西玉林市玉州区山洪灾害分析评价

Flash flood disasters assessment in Yuzhou Distirct of Yulin City,Guangxi

基于工作底图、小流域基础属性数据和山洪灾害调查成果,介绍了在广西壮族自治区玉林市玉州区开展山洪灾害分析评价的工作情况和取得的成果,主要包括分析评价基础工作、小流域暴雨洪水特性分析、沿河村落防洪现状评价、预警指标分析,以及针对玉州区山洪灾害防治情况提出的意见和建议等。

Using topographic maps, attribute data of watershed and outputs of flash flood disaster investigations, this paper presented the techniques and outcomes for flash food disasters assessment in Yuzhou District. The primary preparedness for assessment was firstly introduced. Then, it was demonstrated that the major components of assessment, including design rainfall-runoff determination in watersheds, existing flood conveying capacity estimation, critical rainfall and stages determination, and flood hazard mapping for the villages along streams in mountain-hill-area in Yuzhou District. Finally, recommendations were provided to assist flash flood prevention and control in Yuzhou District, improving the monitoring and earning warning system on flash flood, and identifying potential flash flood types and areas.
