摘要
由于潇河源涡大坝以上流域下垫面发生较大变化,观测期间内产汇流状况改变明显,年径流量和年最大洪峰递减下降趋势显著,同时上游松塔水电站下闸蓄水也对源涡大坝处的设计洪峰值产生较大影响。鉴于设计洪峰值计算对于合理确定工程的规模及投资有至关重要的作用,为此,按照水文资料观测期间内一致性原则重新估算修正潇河源涡大坝处的设计洪峰值,为合理确定工程规模及投资提供技术支撑。
Due to the urbanization and the intensive change of the ground cover in upstream Xiao River area at Yuanwo dam, there were significant corresponding changes in the volume of runoff during observation periods. In particular, there were dramatic reductions in both annual volume of runoff and the maximum of flood peak. At the same time, the pre-designed calculations of the maximum of flood peak were significantly affected by the changed water retain level from the upstream Songta hydropower station. The design and measurements of flood peak are essential to the estimation of both dimension of constructions and investment scale. As a result, the design and calculation of flood peak at Yuanwo dam should be revised to be consistent with the actual data collected during the observation periods. The ideas and methods employed for the re-estimation can be used for reference to the similar constructions.
