产融结合型银行供应链金融业务有效性研究——基于昆仑银行的实证分析

Research on the Effectiveness of Supply Chain Finance in the Industry and Finance Combined Bank——An Empirical Analysis Based on Kunlun Bank

选择中石油控股的昆仑银行供应链金融业务的相关指标及数据,借鉴耗散结构理论,并通过熵值法对其供应链金融业务的有效性进行实证检验。结果表明:供应链金融能有效实现产融结合的协同价值、促进产融企业及产融银行共同发展。为进一步提升银行供应链金融业务的有效性,产融集团应创新供应链金融产品、提高风险管控能力、建立金融管控平台;监管机构应完善相关政策。

In order to study the effectiveness of supply chain finance （SCF） in the industry and finance combined bank, this paper adopts the relevant indicators and data from Kunlun Bank, and further empirically evaluates the effectiveness of the SCF by the dissipative structure theory and entropy method. The result shows SCF can achieve the synergy value and promote the develop- ment of the industry-finance group effectively. To improve the effectiveness of SCF in Kunlun Bank, the industry-finance group should innovate products of SCF, improve the capabilities of management and control risk and establish a unified financial management and control platform, regulators should perfect relevant policies.
