中药“开关”药对石菖蒲-苏合香的挥发油提取工艺研究

The extraction process of volatile oil from“On-Off”herbal pair Acorustatarinowii-Liquidambar orientalis

目的:研究中药"开关"药对石菖蒲-苏合香挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法:基于单因素试验基础,采用响应面法优化水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油的工艺条件。依据Design-Expert 8.0.6.1软件对各试验点的响应值进行回归分析。结果:中药"开关"药对石菖蒲-苏合香挥发油的提取工艺条件在药材粒度60目,液料比(m L∶g)9∶1,提取时间9h的提取率最高。结论:响应面法优选出的中药"开关"药对石菖蒲-苏合香挥发油的水蒸气蒸馏法提取工艺条件重复性好,操作可行。

Objective To study the best extraction process of volatile oilfrom ＂On -Off＂ herbal pair Acorus tatarinowii -Liquidambar orientalis. Methods Based on the single factor experiment, the process conditions of volatile oil extracted by water vapor distillation method was optimized using response surface method. On the basis of the Design - Expert 8.0. 6. 1 software, each index of extraction rate was evaluated with regression analysis. Results The optimum extracting condition of volatile oil from herbal pair Acorus tatarinowii - Liq- uidambarorientalis was grinding to 60 mesh, liquid ratio 9：1 and extracting for 9h, respectively. Conclusion The optimum extracting con- dition of volatile oil from herbal pairextracted by water vapor distillation methodwas with good repeatabilityand fiexibilityto operation.
