我院2011～2015年Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the prophylactic use of antibiotics in patients with type Ⅰ incision operation in our hospital during 2011～2015

目的：调查我院2011～2015年Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用情况与干预效果,为抗菌药物的合理应用与管理提供参考。方法：对我院2011～2015年Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物医嘱专项点评情况及干预效果进行回顾性分析。结果：我院自2011年开展抗菌药物临床应用综合干预以来,Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物比例从100%逐年下降至16.4%,干预效果明显,不合理用药现象明显改善。结论：恰当的干预措施能够有效提高Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物的合理性,值得推广。但预防用抗菌药物在给药时机、用药时间及品种选择等方面仍存在一定问题,需要持续改进。

Objective To investigate the use of antibiotics in the prevention and management of 2011 -2015 type I incision operation in our hospital and to provide reference for rational use and management of antibiotics. Methods With the antibacterial effect of drug intervention and orders of special comments were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital during 2011 -2015 type I incision surgical prevention. Results Since the clinical application of antibiotics in our hospital since 2011, the proportion of prophylactic use of an- tibiotics in patients with type I incision surgery decreased from 100% to 16.4% , the intervention effect was significant, and the phenomenon of irrational drug use was significantly improved. Conclusion Appropriate interventions can effectively improve the type I incision surgery to prevent the rationality of antibacterial drugs used, worthy of promotion. But the preventive use of antibiotics still exist some problems in delivery time, medication time and variety, need continuous improvement.
