陕南地区农业机械化推广与研发研究——以陕西省汉中市为例

Agricultural Mechanization Extension Research and Development in Southern Shaanxi: with Hanzhong City in Shaanxi Province as a case

以汉中市为例分析了陕南地区"绿色"农业产业发展背景下,在多山地、少资金、底子薄的现实基础上,农业机械化推广和研发存在的问题。提出了在研发理念、人才培养、农业科研机构等方面进行改进,并有效利用"互联网+"先进农业技术在线培训等措施,在农业机械化推广的各个环节加大对"互联网+"模式的应用,从而推动汉中市更多的农民具有购买和使用农机的能力。

With Hanzhong City as case, under the background of green agriculture in southern Shaanxi, based on mountainous region, less capital and weak economic basis, this paper analyzed the problems of agricultural mechanization and research and development, proposed improved methods of development ideas, personnel training and agriculture research institutes, and advanced agricultural technology online training methods about using the Internet plus, suggested strengthening the Internet plus application in every links of agricultural mechanization extension to strengthen more farmers＇ ability to buy and use agricultural machinery facilities.
