摘要
在概述批量零散货物快运发展现状的基础上,针对批量零散货物快运在运输时效、管理制度、货运营销、客户服务等方面存在的问题,提出保证批量快运运到期限、完善批量快运管理制度、加强批量快运营销力度、加强批量快运客户服务工作等建议,为批量快运的营销与运输组织优化提供参考。
Through briefing on the current status of less-than-carload express freight transportation, this paper analyses the existing problem of time effectiveness, management regulation, freight transportation marketing and customer service, puts forward with proposals on ensuring time effectiveness, improving management regulation, and promoting freight transportation marketing and customer service, which provides reference for marketing and optimization of transportation organization of less-than-carload express freight transportation.
