摘要
在阐述铁路货场门式起重机减摇控制现状的基础上,从力学模型、作业流程、系统结构、技术原理及应用效果5个方面分析门式起重机电子减摇控制技术,利用系统变频器中的"减摇前馈模糊算法",通过调整起重机大、小车的运行状态消除门式起重机吊重的摇摆现象,为门式起重机减摇控制提供参考。
This paper summarizes present situation of anti-rolling control technology for railway gantry crane, and analyses electric anti-rolling control technology from five perspectives of mechanical model, operation procedure, system structure, and technology principle and application effect, and avoids swing phenomenon of gantry crane through applying fuzzy algorithm of anti-rolling for system frequency transformer and adjusting operation status of gantry crane so as to provide references for anti-rolling control of gantry crane.
