基于WebGIS的铁路煤炭运输抑尘管理系统设计与实现

Design and Application of Dust Suppression Management System of Railway Coal Transportation based on WebGIS

铁路煤炭运输过程中的扬尘问题是危及运输安全、造成环境污染和煤炭资源浪费的重大隐患。针对全国铁路煤炭运输抑尘作业喷洒质量、评价抑尘效果、管理抑尘信息等难以监管的问题,在分析系统需求的基础上,提出基于Web GIS的铁路煤炭运输抑尘管理系统设计方案,包括系统总体功能结构、系统架构及系统实现的技术方案,据此开发的系统可展示铁路抑尘作业站点分布情况,能够实时监控、查询、调度、指挥各作业站点的抑尘信息,实现煤炭运输抑尘管理的指挥垂直化、组织扁平化,有效地提高煤炭抑尘作业质量和工作效率。

Dust problem during railway coal transportation is harmful to transportation safety and can cause environmental pollution and waste of coal resources. In the view of the problems in spraying quality, evaluation of result for dust suppression, and management of dust suppression information during the process of railway coal transportation, this paper puts up with design plan of dust suppression management system for railway coal transportation based on WebGIS based on analyzing business and function requirement, including overall system function structure and technical plan for system realization. This system can show distribution of location for railway station with dust suppression service, supervise, inquire and dispatch dust suppression information, and realize vertical command and flattening organization of dust suppression operation so as to increase operation quality and efficiency.
