不同孔径输液器应用于左氧氟沙星所致局部皮肤不良反应和静脉炎的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨两种不同孔径输液器应用于静脉滴注盐酸左氧氟沙星所致局部皮肤不良反应和静脉炎的临床效果。方法将200例静脉滴注盐酸左氧氟沙星进行治疗的患者随机分为观察组100例和对照组100例,观察组使用5μm精密过滤输液器,对照组使用10μm普通常规输液器,观察两组患者局部皮肤不良反应和静脉炎的发生率。结果局部皮肤不良反应和静脉炎的患者,观察组12例,对照组50例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用精密过滤输液器静脉滴注盐酸左氧氟沙星可以明显减少局部皮肤不良反应和静脉炎的发生率。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of two kinds of different diameter infusion devices in the application of treatment in the local skin adverse reaction and phlebitis induced by intravenous infusion of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride. Methods 200 patients with intravenous injection of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride for treatment were randomly divided to observation group ( 100 cases) and control group ( 100 cases), observation group used 5 precise filtering infusion apparatus, control group used 10 conventional infusion set, and then observe the incidence of local skin adverse reactions and phlebitis in the two groups. Results There were 12 patients with local skin adverse reactions and phlebitis in the observation group, and 50 cases in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Intravenous infusion of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride using a precision filter infusion device can significantly reduce the incidence of local skin adverse reactions and phlebitis.
