产业视角下深圳的供给侧结构性改革

Structural Reform of the Supply-side of Shenzhen from the Perspective of Industry

本文从产业视角入手,分析了美英等国(地区)在供给侧改革方面的经验和教训,认为产业视角的供给侧结构性改革,着眼点应该是产业、企业。深圳的供给侧结构性改革面临四个问题,即产业发展的动力机制、主导产业的选择和培育、产业格局和人才问题。本文提出,深圳供给侧改革的重点和关键应在生产领域。

This Paper analyzes the experiences of the USA and the UK, Thinking that key points of supply-side structural reform are industry and enterprises. Then this paper study the shortcomings of Shenzhen＇ s supply-side struetural reform, ineluding industry＇ s dynamie mechanism, the selection of key-industry and the problem of talent.Finally, this paper gives the conclusion about shenzhen＇ s supply-side structural reform and four Proposals about Shenzhen＇ s supply-side structural reforul.
