国际航空港区开放创新实验构想——以郑州航空港实验区为例

Conception of Opening and Innovation of International Air Port Area

航空港区对于经济发展和城镇化的作用已受到广泛关注,但国际航空港区作为对外开放的窗口在创新驱动方面的作用,尚未引起足够的重视。文章结合对郑州航空港区开展开放创新实验优势的分析,指出了通过开放创新实验构建国际航空港区开放创新体系的三条路径,最后给出了科学规划明确重点、营造开放创新的政策环境和集聚高端创新主体等政策建议。

The role of air port for economic development and urbanization has received extensive attention, but the role of international air port as a window for opening up to the outside world has not yet attracted enough attention. The paper analyses of the advantages of carrying out open innovative experiment in Zhengzhou airport economic area. Subsequently, the paper points out three typical evolution paths that from the airport economic system to the airport open innovation system. Finally, this paper proposes a strategic vision of building Zhengzhou airport open innovation system, and policy recommendations such as scientific plan, optimize the environment for open innovation and amass high-end innovation elements are given.
