关于互联网金融支付流程的用户体验设计探讨

RESEARCH ABOUT THE USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN TO INTERNET FINANCE PAYMENT PROCESS

目前学术领域中对互联网金融的研究大多是关于产业链、风控体系和业务流程等传统金融架构,而真正涉及到互联网相关的课题却少之又少。在线支付作为互联网金融的核心功能,其中涉及到的技术安全、交互流程、用户体验是决定用户留存的关键因素。文章将以移动端操作为例,从交互流程、用户体验和用户心理这三个维度作分析,探究出符合人体操作习惯和心理预期的支付流程。

At present day, the majority of traditional researches on internet finance are industry chain, risk management and conventional financial structures, but projects about internet can hardly be found. As the most crucial part in internet finance, online payment flow which refers to technology, interactive flows, user experience may be a fundamental factor to stay users. Researches from the angles of interactive flow, user experience and human psychology would be displayed in this paper, then the payment process matching human operating habit and psychological expectation will be explored.
