氟西汀联合小剂量奥氮平治疗重度抑郁症的临床效果观察

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Fluoxetine Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Severe Depression

目的:观察氟西汀联合小剂量奥氮平治疗重度抑郁症的临床效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年6月笔者所在医院收治的80例不伴精神病性症状的重度抑郁发作及复发性抑郁障碍患者为研究对象,以随机数表抽取法分为观察组和对照组,各40例,给予对照组患者氟西汀治疗,在此基础上给予观察组小剂量奥氮平治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果和并发症发生率。结果:通过治疗以后,观察组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,观察组明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.5%,对照组并发症发生率为15.0%;观察组明显少于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在重度抑郁症患者的临床治疗过程中给予氟西汀联合小剂量奥氮平治疗可有效改善患者抑郁症状,降低并发症发生率,提升患者生存质量,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Fluoxetine combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of severe depression.Method：From January 2014 to June 2015,80 patients without psychotic symptoms in patients with severe depressive episode and recurrent depressive disorder in the author＇s hospital were selected as the object of study,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to a random number table extraction method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Fluoxetine,on the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with small dose Olanzapine.The therapeutic effect and the incidence rate of complications of the two groups were observed.Result：After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,the total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence rate of complications of th observation group was 2.5%,and the incidence rate of complications of the control group was 15.0%,the observation group was significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In severe clinical treatments of patients with depression,Fluoxetine combined with small dose of Olanzapine treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with depression,reduce incidence of complications and improve the life quality of the patients,it is worth of clinical application.
