综合性护理对肛瘘患者术后疼痛及尿潴留的效果研究

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Care on the Pain Degree and Incidence Rate of Urinary Retention after the Operation of Anal Fistula

目的:研究肛瘘手术后患者实施综合性护理措施,对其手术后疼痛与尿潴留情况的影响。方法:将笔者所在医院2015年1月-2016年1月收治的40例肛瘘患者按照入院先后顺序将其划分为一般组20例与综合组20例,一般组患者接受手术常规护理流程,综合组接受综合性护理干预措施,观察两组患者术后疼痛感与尿潴留发生情况。结果:一般组患者无痛、轻度、中度及重度疼痛等例数所占比例分别为0、40%、35%、25%,综合组分别为0、65%、25%、10%,一般组患者轻度疼痛百分比低于综合组,重度疼痛百分比高于综合组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中度疼痛比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。一般组患者中有7例(35%)出现尿潴留情况,综合组出现1例(5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组满意度高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.00)。结论:对肛瘘术后患者实施综合性护理干预措施,大部分患者表示对临床服务感到满意且患者术后疼痛度缓解情况较好,尿潴留发生率相应较低。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing care in the pain degree and incidence rate of urinary retention after the operation of anal fistula.Method：40 patients with anal fistula treated from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the admission time of hospital,20 cases in each group.The general group adopted the general nursing care,the comprehensive group adopted the comprehensive nursing care,the pain degree and incidence rate of urinary retention of the two groups were observed.Result：The general group with no pain,slight pain,moderate pain and severe pain accounted for 0,40%,35%, 25%.The comprehensive group with no pain,slight pain,moderate pain and severe pain accounted for 0,65%,25%,10%.The rate of patients with slight pain in the general group was lower than that in the comprehensive group,the rate of patients with severe pain of the general group was higher than that of the comprehensive group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The rate of patients with moderate pain in the two groups was not significantly different（P0.05）.The incidence rate of urinary retention of the general group（35%,7 cases） was higher than that of the comprehensive group（5%, 1 case）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The satisfaction of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the general group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：After the operation of anal fistula,the comprehensive nursing care can improve the patient＇s satisfaction,relieve the pain degree and reduce the incidence rate of urinary retention.
