摘要
目的:分析探讨延颈髓胶质瘤的临床特点、手术治疗方法及围手术期的管理。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2006年1月-2016年2月26例延颈髓胶质瘤患者的临床资料。结果:26例延颈髓胶质瘤患者中,全切23例,部分切除3例,术后发生呼吸功能障碍6例,术后死亡1例。结论:显微外科手术是治疗延颈髓胶质瘤最佳的治疗方式,术中的精细操作,术后的积极处理,才可以获得良好的效果。
Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics,surgical treatment and perioperative management of medullocervical glioma.Method：The clinical data of 26 cases with medullocervical glioma in our hospital from January 2006 to February 2016 were respectively analyzed.Result：Complete tumor removal was undergone in 23 patients and subtotal tumor in 3 patients.Postoperative respiratory dysfunction occurred in 6 cases.One patient died.Conclusion：The best treatment way of medullocervical glioma is microsurgery.The fine operation and the positive treatment can obtain good effect.
