摘要
目的 探讨PBL教学查房在ICU教学中的价值。方法 选取2015年5月~2016年5月在我院ICU实习的学生,随机分为研究组(PBL教学查房)60例和对照组(传统教学查房)60例。结果 研究组和对照组实习前的重症医学科理论考试成绩结果比较,差异无统计学意义;研究组和对照组实习后重症医学科理论、五站式出科考试成绩结果比较,差异有统计学意义。结论 PBL教学查房在ICU教学中的应用效果较好。
Objective To study the PBL teaching ward round the value of teaching in ICU. Methods Internship students were chosen from May 2015 to May 2016 in ICU of our hospital, random points in the team (PBL teaching rounds) of 60 cases and control group (traditional teaching rounds) of 60 cases. Results The group and the control group before the internship intensive medicine theory score on the test result is no difference. Research group and the control group after the internship intensive medicine theory, there are differences between the five type given score on the test results compared. Conclusion The application effect of PBL teaching rounds in ICU teaching better.
